User Data Deletion Instructions

At Ogma AI, we respect your right to privacy and offer a simple way to delete your personal data in compliance with GDPR regulations. If you would like to permanently delete your account and associated data, follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from your Ogma AI dashboard:

  1. Log in to your Ogma AI account.
  2. Navigate to Account > My Account.
  3. Select Delete Account and follow the prompts to confirm your request.

Step 2: Email Assistance (Optional)

If you encounter any issues or prefer assistance, you can send a data deletion request to our support team:

Subject: "Data Deletion Request"

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address associated with your account

Step 3: Data Deletion Process

Once your account is deleted:

  • All personal data (Full Name, Email, and any optional information provided) will be permanently removed from our systems.
  • Data related to third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics, OpenAI) will also be erased where applicable, based on our data-sharing practices.

You will receive a confirmation email once the process is completed.

Important Notes:

  • Data deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your account and associated data cannot be recovered.
  • Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., for legal or financial records).
